How many times have you heard a politician recognize the challenge of mass or unnecessary incarceration as a problem. Prison is often a traumatic environment regardless of which side of the bars someone is on.

We don’t see releases although we know of tragic stories of people worthy of release. It seems as if authorities can not figure out who to release. Is there an assembly of incarcerated people who are demonstrably safe be release?
